We can also provide assembly, fit verification(slip fit or press fit), and custom packaging services for you when the parts are done. We will strictly follow your assembly guidance step by step to ensure the parts are assembled properly. To ensure assembly quality and improve efficiency, our team will also design and build the necessary jigs & fixtures for the assembly process at our own cost.

Our assembly services include gluing, screwing, fastening, magnetic connection, riveting, spot welding, laser welding, TIG welding, friction welding, punching, etc.

If you have specified fitting(slip fit or press fit) for the parts, we will do the fit verification for you before shipping. We will carefully check the fitting and mating of each part so you will get the right parts that can be used immediately after you receive them.  The photos and videos of the verification process will be provided to you.

Custom Packaging

Our packaging department has rich experience in parts packaging for international shipping. We will choose the best packaging plan for you as per the parts structure and shipping method. You can also specify a custom packaging plan for your ordered parts. Whether you need the parts to be packed individually or in bulk.

If you prefer neutral packaging, we can also arrange that for you with carton boxes or wooden boxes without our logo. Besides, we can also order custom carton boxes for you with your own logo and company information.
