We do not hire anyone under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law permits a lower age), or below the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever age is greater.

Overtime, when necessary, is compensated in full accordance with local regulations, or at a rate that is at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if no legally mandated premium rate exists. Our employees are entitled to reasonable rest days, including at least one day off in every seven-day period, and are granted leave privileges.

Policy Against Commercial Bribery: We strictly forbid employees from accepting, whether directly or indirectly, any form of compensation in exchange for using or committing to use their position to benefit another party. Likewise, commercial bribes, kickbacks, gratuities, and any other inducements or advantages offered to customers are strictly prohibited. However, this policy does not encompass reasonable expenditures for meals and entertainment of customers, provided such expenses are lawful, documented in expense reports, and approved in accordance with our standard company procedures.

At Zhuohang Precision, protecting customer intellectual property (IP) is always our top priority. The commitment to confidentiality is part of our culture.
5.1. Data Protection: We do our utmost to protect confidential and sensitive information belonging to the company, customers, and partners, including company data and all trade secrets, and will comply with applicable data protection laws.
We use, store, and dispose of data responsibly, following best practices for data security. All the hard copies of sensitive data are stored in secure spaces with smart locks and all electronic data are stored in encrypted hard drives.
5.2. Intellectual Property: We understand that Intellectual Property is the core to the success of our customers. We will respect and protect intellectual property rights, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets of our customers, partners, suppliers, and our own.

6.2. Product Safety: We will ensure the safety and quality of our products, adhering to relevant industry standards and regulations. For example, the stress-relieving process has become a standard operation for all the relevant orders even if our customers didn’t ask for it.
